• Universal Design: Units feature wide entryways, anti-slip flooring, and sturdy grab bars for maximum safety.
• Sustainable Infrastructure: Integration of solar-powered sewage systems to ensure functionality despite power outages.
• Empowerment & Health: Improving the quality of life for 500 individuals in the first phase, reducing the risks of falls, infections, and social isolation.
